About the Role

General Atlantic is seeking a Temporary HCM Analyst for a 6-8 week assignment in New York. This role will support the Human Capital Management team by producing survey reports for leaders and managers using data from Peakon, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Extracting and organizing Peakon survey data (driver scores, question-level scores, participation rates) for assigned business areas
  • Cross-checking all figures against Peakon and data files before they go into any report
  • Populating individual results decks using our standard PowerPoint template
  • Flagging data issues (e.g. missing teams, blended scores across areas, groups below the anonymity threshold)
  • Light formatting and QA - checking decks for consistency, correct branding, and no leftover placeholder text
  • Working closely with the HCM team to keep packs moving through review

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, basic formulas, comfortable cross-referencing data across sheets)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills (working within a template, consistent formatting, not designing from scratch)
  • High attention to detail - this data goes in front of business leaders, so accuracy is key
  • Comfortable asking questions and flagging uncertainty rather than assuming
  • Able to work to a defined structure/template rather than freelancing new formats
  • Discreet - this work involves confidential and sensitive employee data
