About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage the daily health of our global JD Edwards environment. This is an operations role where you will be the primary contact for system integrity. You will work independently to solve complex issues while coordinating with ERP international teams to keep EnterpriseOne 9.2 running reliably.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for our global users, managing JDE profile maintenance, security setup and terminations.
  • Analyze and manage standard JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration.
  • Monitor health check reports and logs to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
  • Track incidents in ServiceNow, analyze tickets to find repetitive problems, and propose permanent fixes.
  • Oversee various interfaces to and from JD Edwards.
  • Review JDE and custom integrity reports, guiding users toward resolution and performing root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
  • Monitor month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain JDE approval routes and delegations for Procurement.
  • Write troubleshooting manuals and training guides to help end users become more self-sufficient.
  • Contribute expertise to upcoming system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
  • Follow projects promotion to production environment.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business or technical analyst role.
  • Gather system requirements, create specifications and deliver solutions to continuously improve, maintain data integrity and system uptime.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
  • A passion for learning and a high degree of self-awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • The ability to multitask and manage your own workflow under the pressure of tight deadlines, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.

Skills

  • Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows are essential.
  • Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL is highly beneficial.
  • Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of Smart Scheduler would be a plus.
  • Experience with Version1 Approval Express is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities.
