  • Serve as the central point of contact, driving collaboration and consensus among engineering, product, legal, and studio teams on security priorities.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate program status, risks, and achievements to all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain high-quality, up-to-date program documentation, including charters, requirements, decision logs, and post-mortems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
  • Minimum of 3 years focused specifically on security, cybersecurity, or game security.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs using recognized methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of common game security challenges (e.g., anti-cheat, account security, anti-piracy, platform security) and general cybersecurity principles.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with security engineers, understand architectural diagrams, and grasp technical trade-offs.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly preferred, or a similar advanced program/project management certification.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Gsuite, and Slack.
  • Experience working in the gaming industry (PC, console, or mobile) is preferred.
