About the Role

Fifth Element is seeking an Art Supervisor to lead change in healthcare advertising. This role serves as the brand's visual champion, maintaining high creative energy and standards. The Art Supervisor collaborates with various teams to transform concepts into visually appealing brand experiences, ensuring strategic alignment, budget adherence, and a positive creative process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Copy partner to develop concepts and execution.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate with Client/Agency Creative/Account teams.
  • Execute and direct creative across all media, including print, video, 3D, interactive, and social.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities by motivating the team, facilitating great thinking, and maintaining high morale.
  • Engage in strategic thinking and execution.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality.
  • Utilize conceptual design and AI.
  • Work with account service from project inception to completion to ensure budgetary guidelines are met.
  • Develop a deep understanding of scientific ideas and disease states.
  • Conduct yearly reviews and goal setting with direct reports.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency.
  • A well-rounded portfolio showcasing expertise in creative thinking, the written (or spoken) word, and compelling, emotionally engaging work.
