About the Role
The Pricing Analyst will maintain list pricing, promotions, and contractual pricing in Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.com. Attention to detail is extremely important due to the complexity of Salesforce CPQ functionality and the high-intensity environment. The ability to multitask and solve problems quickly is essential.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Project Managers to ensure new products are set up in Salesforce and added to any necessary promotional modifiers in Oracle and SAP.
- Partner with Marketing, Field Service, and Accounting to ensure pricing is set up in Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce for all customer orderable items.
- Maintain accuracy of Oracle/SAP pricing to remain consistent with new and updated customer contracts and agreements.
- Manage the company’s pricing systems, ensuring data flows correctly throughout the pricing process and all stakeholders have access to accurate pricing data.
- Collaborate with Finance and Cost Accounting regarding Intercompany processing.
- Enter pricing tasks generated by Salesforce/CPQ into Oracle/SAP pricing modules in a timely manner.
- Perform ad hoc reporting, projects, and analyses to support various business needs and strategies.
- Work under pressure and use own judgment with little to no day-to-day instruction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or more than 4 years related experience and/or training.
- Experience with Oracle Modules (Pricing: Price Lists, Modifiers, Qualifiers; Inventory: Item Set up).
- Experience with SAP.
- Salesforce.com experience desired.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office programs).
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Familiarity with contracts and contractual pricing.
- Highly organized with proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines.
- Must work onsite at Luminex office.
- Possible exposure to Chemicals, Lasers, Excessive Noise, etc.
