About the Role

Cayenta is seeking an Application Consultant passionate about IT transformation for clients. This role involves acting as a liaison between Operations, R&D, and clients, becoming a product expert and client process advisor. The position is project-driven, supporting a wide array of services for Install Base customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a superior technology solution for clients in collaboration with colleagues and managers.
• Support existing and new clients by guiding them through processes, ensuring solution completion, and resolving issues for successful product utilization.
• Train users on system setup, administration, and maintenance.
• Perform business analysis, including gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process reviews, and requirements elicitation.
• Configure applications based on client business needs and best practices.
• Own the user acceptance testing and change management process, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through client testing and training.
• Create user and handover documentation for support staff.
• Build client capabilities by identifying opportunities for additional products and services.
• Support Project Managers with engagement contracts, bottleneck escalation, and progress updates.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and achievement of key project milestones.
• Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and operational groups by understanding market trends and client needs.
• Incorporate industry best practices to strengthen market position.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis, working on ERP software specifically accounting and work management (or relevant education).
• Exemplary customer service skills and willingness to be in a client-facing role.
• Problem-solving skills with the knowledge to support business leaders.
• Proficient in Office 365.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.
• Must possess passport-based visa exemption or any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

• Knowledge of WMS and Asset Management.

Education Level

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting or combination of Information technology and Accounting/Finance/Payroll from an accredited institution.

Salary/Compensations

• 60K – 85K CAD
