About the Role

The U.S. Product Delivery team is responsible for bringing Mastercard products and services to market, partnering with customers and stakeholders across the payments ecosystem. This role leads end-to-end client implementations, ensuring seamless execution, strong customer outcomes, and high-quality delivery, while leveraging AI-driven solutions and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic delivery initiatives and customer relationships across U.S. Markets.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on payment flows, product capabilities, and implementation best practices.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery by leading market readiness and go-to-market activities, project kickoffs, delivery planning, status governance, customer strategy sessions, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Manage and coordinate customer and Mastercard project teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Account Management, Sales, and other key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Delivery tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Experience in payments, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction flows, and ecosystem participants.
  • Proven track record managing multiple client-facing projects or programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project/program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders and clients.
  • Self-starter with a focus on accountability, problem-solving, and delivering results.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
  • Passion for reimagining how work gets done through AI and automation.
  • Understanding of AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

  • Purchase, New York: $122,000 - $201,000 USD
