About the Role

Accountable for the clinical leadership of the nursing team, ensuring exceptional care delivery and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse-led appointments and schedule 3 activities.
• Support consults, surgeries, and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice, and operational standards.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients.
• Provide clinical leadership, inspiration, and development to the nursing team.

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.
• Confident leader with experience in motivating colleagues.
