About the Role

Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Co-President of 300 Entertainment and Hip Hop, R&B and Global Music at Atlantic Records, in our New York office. You will be responsible for assisting the Co-President in their coordination of all departments in the company, with an emphasis on Marketing, Operations and Creative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Co-President of 300
  • Follow through on execution of Co-President’s company-wide initiatives
  • Thoughtfully provide calendar management and help to systematize requests
  • Have professional communication with artists, managers, industry personnel
  • Act as support for Co-President with all departments of the company
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and special events
  • Attend weekly meetings with the opportunity to provide creative ideas
  • Compile and distribute marketing presentations and reports
