About the Role
Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A.
Responsibilities
- Serve on New Restaurant Opening (NRO) training team.
- Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House (FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH) and/or Prep.
Requirements
- Must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant.
- Must have worked at the current location for at least six months.
- Must have current employer’s support before applying.
- Applications to individual assignments will be automatically declined until the FTS Program Application has been submitted AND a successful Background Check has been processed.

- $20 per hour
- $21.50 per hour for assignments located in the state of Washington
- Overtime pay at one and one-half times the regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
