About the Role
This role is an owner’s representative position based in San Francisco, supporting a community college with a diverse portfolio of campus projects. You will drive projects from planning through delivery while collaborating with key stakeholders to impact educational environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
- Value engineer projects by identifying savings and ensuring equal material substitutions.
- Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
- Prepare project management plans and fee budgets or proposals.
- Evaluate documents and communicate client goals and expectations to the team.
- Develop and communicate action plans to lead the project team.
- Re-evaluate contract scope against client needs and recommend adjustments.
- Coordinate with the cost management group for estimates, studies, and budget reconciliation.
- Maintain project team processes and documentation records.
- Drive the permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies.
- Ensure design management follows client budget, scope, schedule, and standards.
- Prepare cost and revenue projections.
- Attend work during normal business hours.
Requirements
- Experience preparing project management plans and fee or budget proposals.
- Experience developing and driving action plans.
- Ability to monitor scope and recommend adjustments.
- Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections.
- Knowledge of the permitting process.
- DSA project experience.

Salary/Compensations
- $120,900.00 - $161,233.35 per year
