About the Role

This role is an owner’s representative position based in San Francisco, supporting a community college with a diverse portfolio of campus projects. You will drive projects from planning through delivery while collaborating with key stakeholders to impact educational environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer projects by identifying savings and ensuring equal material substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare project management plans and fee budgets or proposals.
• Evaluate documents and communicate client goals and expectations to the team.
• Develop and communicate action plans to lead the project team.
• Re-evaluate contract scope against client needs and recommend adjustments.
• Coordinate with the cost management group for estimates, studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Maintain project team processes and documentation records.
• Drive the permitting process with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Ensure design management follows client budget, scope, schedule, and standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
• Attend work during normal business hours.

Requirements

• Experience preparing project management plans and fee or budget proposals.
• Experience developing and driving action plans.
• Ability to monitor scope and recommend adjustments.
• Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections.
• Knowledge of the permitting process.
• DSA project experience.
