About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Channels, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms, including the website, mobile app, and booking experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance the end-to-end journey, increase engagement, and drive ancillary revenue.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing channels.
- Serve as the business owner for digital channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and strategic priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning and requirements to implementation, testing, and optimization.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and IT teams to deliver digital initiatives.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer behavior analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support successful deployment of new capabilities.
- Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and digital partners.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
- Maintain product documentation, business requirements, user stories, and release communications.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products like websites and mobile applications.
- Demonstrated success leading the full product lifecycle.
- Experience using customer insights and KPIs to drive product decisions.
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and strategic partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and UX principles.
- Clear criminal record check.
- Satisfactory professional references.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
