About the Role

As the Senior Product Manager, Digital Channels, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of customer-facing digital platforms, including the website, mobile app, and booking experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance the end-to-end journey, increase engagement, and drive ancillary revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing channels.
  • Serve as the business owner for digital channels, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning and requirements to implementation, testing, and optimization.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Management, Customer Experience, and IT teams to deliver digital initiatives.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer behavior analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support successful deployment of new capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and digital partners.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, privacy, accessibility, and data governance requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Maintain product documentation, business requirements, user stories, and release communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in digital product management, digital strategy, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing digital products like websites and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated success leading the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience using customer insights and KPIs to drive product decisions.
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendors and strategic partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and UX principles.
  • Clear criminal record check.
  • Satisfactory professional references.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
