About the Role

Lead revenue growth and build client partnerships for two dynamic Marriott properties near Toronto Pearson International Airport. Thrive in a fast-paced environment representing top-tier hotels that blend comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Requires knowledge of the Toronto Airport market, a robust network of industry contacts, and proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement targeted sales strategies that exceed revenue goals
  • Drive business growth through proactive outreach and creative selling
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct engaging sales calls, host client entertainment, and attend trade shows
  • Actively grow our client base through networking
  • Negotiate smart, win-win deals that deliver results for both the hotel and client
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and economic shifts
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Identify new sales opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
  • Work together with hotel teams to align efforts and deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Support sales administration tasks, proposals, contracts, client communication
  • Provide insightful sales reports and forecasts to track performance and optimize efforts
