About the Role

As a licensed skincare professional, you will deliver exceptional waxing services using the exclusive EWC 4-Step Process. You will build long-term guest relationships, provide expert skincare education, and contribute to a culture of excellence while representing the EWC brand.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional body and facial waxing services using the exclusive 4-Step Process
• Deliver a consistent, safe, and comfortable guest experience
• Conduct skin analysis to identify sensitivities or contraindications
• Educate guests on pre- and post-wax skincare
• Recommend retail products to support healthy results
• Build rapport to promote rebooking and Wax Pass packages
• Meet or exceed individual service, retail, and rebooking goals
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized waxing suite
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
• Train and mentor new Wax Specialists
• Perform external marketing or internal event services as required

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of New York
• 6+ months of hands-on waxing experience preferred
• Confidence performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies
• Sales-minded attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain professional appearance per company handbook
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds

• Up to $20,000 in annual commissions and gratuity
