  • Prioritize the integration backlog, balancing operational urgency with long-term investment.
  • Sustain technical relationships with key financial partners at the leadership level.
  • Set direction for applying LLM-powered agentic workflows to high-volume operational work.

  • Identify and eliminate manual, high-volume processes to deliver compounding leverage.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a team of TechOps Integration Reliability Engineers.
  • Build a team culture that values deep technical ownership, urgency, and discipline.
  • Serve as the operational bridge between Financial Connections engineering leadership, partnerships, compliance, and legal.
  • Represent TechOps in cross-functional planning cycles, making operational implications visible and advocating for reliability investments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience in a TechOps team.
  • Demonstrated people management experience including coaching, performance conversations, hiring, and team building.
  • Hands-on technical experience depth to lead the team's work credibly, including reading/writing code, investigating integration failures, and querying data.
  • Operational leadership experience owning production reliability, incident command, and operational programs.
  • Experience managing technical partner or vendor relationships at a leadership level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills calibrated to both technical and non-technical audiences.
