About the Role
The Premium Coordinator ensures accurate and compliant administration of stop-loss premium activity within the iiSi division, serving as a critical link between financial operations and client-facing partners.
Responsibilities
- Executes premium application workflows with accuracy and adherence to established processes.
- Reconciles policy terms against payments received; document and resolve variances.
- Serves as a coordination point for premium-related inquiries from TPAs, producers, and internal teams.
- Processes payments including paper check disbursements; maintain thorough payment tracking records.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 3 years in accounting, auditing, billing, claims, membership, or finance.
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations, premium billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial or administrative role.
- Ability to compile information, perform research and analyze data
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Ability to identify and escalate cash and allocation anomalies
