  • Configure and maintain platform settings, libraries, templates, process repositories, and user access controls.
  • Design and implement integrations with core systems (ERP, identity, reporting tools) and APIs; coordinate with engineering/IT teams for secure and performant solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training, adoption programs, playbooks, knowledge base articles, and user enablement materials.
  • Manage the vendor relationship with Signavio (or program vendor), including escalation, roadmap alignment, licensing, and periodic reviews.
  • Measure program success and report KPIs (uptake/adoption, availability, time-to-resolution, process coverage, compliance metrics).
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting user feedback, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating release management.
  • Supervise and coach direct reports and contractors supporting deployments, integrations, and application support.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant work experience including 5 years experience leading SaaS deployment/support programs, preferably in Business Process Mapping (BPM)/process management tools.
  • Demonstrable experience with Signavio or similar process management platforms (process modeling/BPM tools).
  • Strong technical understanding of integrations (APIs, webhooks), identity and access controls, and enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience with IT service management and support practices (incident/change/problem management, SLAs).
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive cross-functional change and adoption.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience building training and documentation materials.
  • Certifications in BPM, ITIL, PMP/Prince2, or Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience integrating with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with process mining, RPA, or analytics tools.
  • Prior experience in regulated industries or large global organizations.
