Responsibilities

Lead the successful delivery of strategic projects that drive business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and accelerate progress, creating momentum that enables the business to achieve critical objectives.
Own project performance and accountability by proactively managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources, delivering measurable results while maintaining transparency and trust with key partners.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery effectiveness, driving efficiencies that enhance team productivity, strengthen project outcomes, and maximize business value.
Build strong partnerships across the organization to translate business needs into actionable plans, enabling scalable solutions that support clients, colleagues, and long-term organizational success.

Requirements

Proven experience leading and delivering complex projects from initiation through execution, with a track record of achieving successful business outcomes.
Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and delivery governance.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and business functions to achieve shared goals and resolve challenges effectively.
Experience navigating changing priorities and competing demands while maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and measurable results.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
