About the Role
Support the end-to-end administration of customer cases and work orders by ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating follow-up activities, resolving operational exceptions, supporting billing processes, and driving continuous improvements that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating vendor services, preventative maintenance scheduling, parts ordering, purchase requests, and follow-up on quotes, deliveries, and repairs.
- Managing service work orders, ensuring required documentation is complete, tracking open activities, and supporting work order closure.
- Supporting inventory and asset management activities, including equipment registrations, database updates, asset additions/deletions, and audit readiness.
- Providing administrative support for reporting, customer requests, vendor coordination, work order follow-up, and operational activities supporting the site lead and area service manager.
- Supporting billing and financial activities, including invoice verification, purchase order tracking, billable event documentation, reconciliation support, and follow-up with internal finance teams.

- Must be able to adhere to onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET.
