About the Role

The Customer Service Operations Associate (CSOA) - Filing Manager is responsible for preparing and submitting applications to obtain, amend, renew, or close client licenses and registrations within the Business Licensing (BL) Team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file standard, advanced, and specialized applications and renewals across a variety of clients and industries.
  • Submit 50-100 applications per week, varying based on filing complexity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Associates (CSA) to ensure timely fulfillment of filing orders and resolve licensure barriers.
  • Document changes to the filing process by communicating them to the BL onboarding and/or research teams.
  • Operate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for communication with government agencies and colleagues.
  • Tact and discretion when handling sensitive data.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with personal computers in a Windows-based environment, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Top-tier organization skills in all facets of project workflow.
  • Superb time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain a customer-centric focus and work ethic.

Location

  • Onsite interviews may be required at a Wolters Kluwer office.

  • $35,000.00 - $58,600.00 USD
