About the Role

Provide senior-level input and operational support for the design, construction, commissioning and optimization of water treatment systems. Support risk analysis with project management and build client relationships through ongoing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and assist the performance of water treatment, remediation and reclamation projects.
• Travel to potential and existing work sites to interface with on-site staff, vendors, customers, and regulatory personnel.
• Develop and update documentation including operational manuals, drawings and site-specific information for the safety, operations, and maintenance of the site.
• Monitor and promote system environmental health and worker safety compliance.
• Identify and recommend improvements to operations to ensure assigned functions are efficient and cost effective.
• Take proper safety precautions, anticipate unsafe circumstances, and act accordingly to prevent accidents.
• Interface with other technical experts to achieve multidisciplinary project goals.
• Mentor and provide technical training to junior team members and operators.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of previous experience working water treatment and consulting.
• Previous experience in industrial wastewater projects.
• Ability to work effectively with team members as well as lead independent projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
