About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Senior Account Manager - Financial Institutions to join our Cross Border line of business. This role focuses on ensuring long-term growth, retention, and profitability by managing client relationships and ensuring implementation and onboarding milestones are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities and client expectations.
- Proactively assist clients throughout the payment process, demonstrating expertise in Corpay's strategies, products, and services.
- Analyze client requests and provide information to resolve needs.
- Act as a trusted extension of the client's team.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant information, adhering to best practices and seeking additional synergies.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to provide prompt client responses.
- Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform customer verifications and ensure compliance with 'Know Your Customer' regulations.
- Accurately move milestones through established processes and suggest process improvements.
- Provide professional service, managing internal obstacles discreetly.
- Quickly resolve customer issues.
- Proactively monitor systems and processes to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal sales, trading, and support teams to leverage organizational capabilities.
- Lead and support end-to-end processes, capturing information and reconciling data.
- Troubleshoot and learn new systems and processes.
- Handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries, ensuring ownership until resolution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful client-facing experience as an Account Manager servicing Financial Institutions and complex clients.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries with ownership until resolution.
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and troubleshoot.
