About the Role

CAMH is seeking a Research Analyst to support the Toronto Adolescent and Youth (TAY) Cohort Study and related sub-studies. This role involves administering interviews, clinical scales, and cognitive testing, managing participant records and data, and assisting with recruitment and consent processes.

Responsibilities

  • Administering structured diagnostic interviews, clinical scales, and cognitive testing.
  • Conducting laboratory/MRI/EEG/PET visits.
  • Preparing and maintaining participant study records and documentation.
  • Data entry and database maintenance.
  • Supporting development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Assisting with scheduling human participant interviews.
  • Recruiting and screening research participants.
  • Leading the informed consent process.
  • Assisting with scheduling other procedural visits and accompanying participants to appointments as needed.
  • Supporting preparation of data for presentations and peer-reviewed research papers.
  • Managing other administrative duties as required.
  • Supporting a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork, and complies with all applicable CAMH policies and regulatory/legislative requirements.

Requirements

  • Requires Tuesday to Saturday work schedule.
  • Includes some evening shifts.
  • Requires onsite work at both 80 Workman Way and 250 College Street.
  • Requires travel between CAMH sites as needed.
