About the Role

As a Driving Range Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our practice facility. You will be responsible for maintaining the practice facility to the highest standards while providing friendly, professional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Collect driving range balls using range equipment.
• Wash, sort, and stock golf balls throughout the day.
• Set up and maintain hitting stations, bag stands, and practice areas.
• Keep the driving range and surrounding practice facilities clean and organized.
• Monitor the range for safety and communicate any maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with questions while providing outstanding customer service.
• Help maintain practice targets, distance markers, signage, and equipment.
• Work closely with the Golf Shop and Outside Services teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment.
• Perform other golf operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous golf course or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• A passion for golf is a plus, but not necessary.
