About the Role

Pinterest's MC2 organization is building a Strategic Enablement function to bridge the gap between strategy and execution in a creative organization. This role is a core builder of this function, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead high-impact initiatives within MC2's Strategic Enablement pillars, owning efforts from problem definition through delivery.
• Define scope, sequence work streams, establish stakeholder maps, and create operating infrastructure for initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted learning programs.
• Own end-to-end curriculum and content development, track effectiveness metrics, and refine based on data and feedback.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across MC2 teams and external partners.
• Facilitate alignment forums, resolve blockers, and ensure consistent communication of initiative progress.
• Develop and maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms for owned initiatives, including success metrics and stakeholder summaries.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the planning, execution, and documentation of Strategic Enablement initiatives.
• Use AI to accelerate personal execution and identify/test high-impact use cases for team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience designing and delivering programs from scratch in ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience building scaled, blended learning experiences tailored to diverse learner needs and working styles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to build trust and move work forward without formal authority.
• Independent judgment in planning and prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience using AI to accelerate workflow and outputs, with a clear approach to reviewing, validating, and owning results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex work into clear updates and documentation.
• High integrity in work practices, including protecting sensitive information, avoiding over-reliance on AI, and taking accountability for work.
