About the Role
The Private Client Associate supports Private Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to Private Clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and team members to assist with account reviews, quoting, and billing inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
- Develop a strong understanding of carrier websites to efficiently obtain accurate client information.
- Document all client and carrier communications promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to all internal procedures and practices while meeting service and quality standards.
- Take ownership of problems and ensure successful resolution.
- Share insurance knowledge openly to contribute to team efforts.
- Continuously seek insurance knowledge through training and education.
Requirements
- College graduate or equivalent experience.
- P&C Insurance License required (can be obtained after hiring).
Skills
- Articulate with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Takes full ownership of issues and follows through to completion.
