About the Role

The Private Client Associate supports Private Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to Private Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Client Relationship Managers, producers, sales support, and team members to assist with account reviews, quoting, and billing inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
  • Develop a strong understanding of carrier websites to efficiently obtain accurate client information.
  • Document all client and carrier communications promptly and accurately.
  • Adhere to all internal procedures and practices while meeting service and quality standards.
  • Take ownership of problems and ensure successful resolution.
  • Share insurance knowledge openly to contribute to team efforts.
  • Continuously seek insurance knowledge through training and education.

Requirements

  • College graduate or equivalent experience.
  • P&C Insurance License required (can be obtained after hiring).

Salary/Compensations

  • $33.34 – $41.03 per hour for a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
