About the Role

Join our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team to focus on high-priority initiatives. You will gain exposure to company-wide projects and sprints across multiple verticals, making a significant impact. Experience growth in Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and DashMart. You will move daily metrics, run A/B tests, and launch new initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Operate: Stand up 0->1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs, and turn wins into scalable processes.
  • Launch: Launch net-new merchants, experiment with new initiatives, and run in-market tests.
  • Analyze: Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize future investments.
  • Build: Translate consumer, merchant, and dasher needs into product requirements, operational improvements, and tangible outcomes.
  • Collaborate and Influence: Partner with and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, marketing, and other strategy & operations functions.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in highly analytical and cross-functional environments (banking or consulting preferred).
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, startup environments with rapid change and learning.
  • Ability to work on a project basis with the expectation of making an impact quickly.
  • Proficient in pulling data using SQL and building models in Excel.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and methods, including AI.
  • Must be able to start full-time by September 28th, 2026.
  • Must currently be based in New York or San Francisco.
  • Not accepting applications from candidates outside of New York or San Francisco.
  • Relocation is not offered.
