About the Role

You will handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts, diagnosing and fixing equipment. You will be responsible for using diagnostic tools, reading diagrams, disassembling and reassembling components, and communicating findings to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts
  • Use a multimeter to take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings
  • Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults
  • Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, and build adapters when needed
  • Disassemble and reassemble components with care
  • Reference parts diagrams and machine documentation for part numbers
  • Write accurate, professional service notes
  • Manage tickets and time through ServiceTitan
  • Explain findings clearly to customers
  • Taste coffee regularly to confirm a machine is dialed in after a repair
  • Assist with parts receiving and inventory counts
  • Handle basic vehicle upkeep, such as flat tires or scheduled maintenance drop-offs

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in repair work (e.g., changing outlets, replacing fixtures, home repair projects)
  • Familiarity with using a multimeter
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
  • Reliable smartphone
  • Secure address for parts deliveries
