About the Role

Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH is seeking an Apprentice Coordinator / Trainer for Commercial Apprentices to join their Berlin branch. This role is responsible for the professional and organizational training of track layers and dual students, ensuring they meet the training plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the professional and organizational training of track layers and dual students according to the training plan.
• Coordinate and collaborate with trainers from other branches, the inter-company training center, and the vocational school.
• Conduct subject-specific instruction.
• Monitor learning progress and provide support for learning deficits.
• Impart technical, methodological, and social skills.
• Prepare apprentices for intermediate and final examinations.
• Participate in recruiting apprentices and conduct interviews.
• Attend career fairs.
• Support apprentices in their integration into work teams.

Requirements

• Completed training as a track layer or comparable qualification (e.g., a commercial/technical apprenticeship with relevant professional experience).
• Several years of professional experience in track laying is advantageous.
• Completed instructor training (AdA).
• Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong pedagogical aptitude and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Empathy for the world of apprentices.
• Local flexibility for deployment in the Berlin branch.
