About the Role
Performs analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amounts of data to support data-driven business decision and development.
Responsibilities
- Directs data gathering, data mining, and data processing for large volumes of data, creating appropriate data models.
- Explores, promotes, and implements semantic data capabilities using Natural Language Processing, text analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Defines requirements and scope for data analyses, presenting and reporting potential business insights to management using data visualization technologies.
- Conducts research on data model optimization and algorithms to enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of data analyses.
Requirements
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver production-ready machine learning and data science solutions that solve business problems and create measurable value.
- Experience developing solutions in Python, including package management, testing, automation, and creating reusable code.
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting machine learning models, with familiarity in platforms such as Snowflake ML, AWS SageMaker, or similar environments.
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, including data preparation, transformation, and analytical solution development.
- Demonstrated commitment to code quality through peer reviews, testing, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI and LLM solution patterns, including experience with tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Copilot Studio, or similar technologies.
- Experience using GitHub for source control and collaborating within CI/CD development workflows.
- Self-directed and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results in a dynamic, business-focused environment.
- Familiarity with Dataiku, Streamlit, Azure DevOps, Agile delivery methodologies, and cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus.
