About the Role
This role serves as a strategic consultant and bridge between practice group leadership and the Marketing & Client Development organization, translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing and client development plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the intake and prioritization of practice-level marketing and sales enablement requests
- Manage the preparation and customization of standard pitches and capability statements
- Partner with Strategy & Enablement teams to implement practice-specific assets and campaigns
- Orchestrate the timeline, data collection, and review process for legal directory submissions
- Direct the execution of practice-led client events and receptions
- Manage and refresh practice-specific content, including partner bios and descriptions
- Coordinate market research initiatives regarding buyer behavior and trends
- Lead marketing orientation and onboarding for lateral attorneys
- Supervise and mentor direct reports, including performance management and professional development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development
- Prior professional services or B2B marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage after orientation
- Ability to work extended or weekend hours as required
- Ability to travel as required
