About the Role

This role serves as a strategic consultant and bridge between practice group leadership and the Marketing & Client Development organization, translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing and client development plans.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the intake and prioritization of practice-level marketing and sales enablement requests
  • Manage the preparation and customization of standard pitches and capability statements
  • Partner with Strategy & Enablement teams to implement practice-specific assets and campaigns
  • Orchestrate the timeline, data collection, and review process for legal directory submissions
  • Direct the execution of practice-led client events and receptions
  • Manage and refresh practice-specific content, including partner bios and descriptions
  • Coordinate market research initiatives regarding buyer behavior and trends
  • Lead marketing orientation and onboarding for lateral attorneys
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports, including performance management and professional development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development
  • Prior professional services or B2B marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage after orientation
  • Ability to work extended or weekend hours as required
  • Ability to travel as required

  • $120,000 - $175,000
