About the Role

Lead and manage a growing retail media search business for a client in the Alcohol/Beverage Industry, working across major commerce platforms including Instacart, DoorDash, and Uber Eats + Pacvue, with opportunities to expand into emerging retail media and commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own search strategy and activation across Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats and future retail media platforms.
• Launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns.
• Manage budgets, pacing, billing, actualization, reporting and performance analysis.
• Lead client meetings, status calls, quarterly business reviews and strategic presentations.
• Manage retailer and technology partner relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities, testing initiatives, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate across analytics, planning, social, display, programmatic and broader commerce teams.
• Serve as the primary owner of a significant retail media search investment, accountable for sales, ROAS, budget management, operational excellence and business results.
• Maintain trackers, reporting, optimization logs and financial stewardship processes with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Retail Media, Paid Search, Ecommerce Media, Commerce Marketing, or Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong client presentation skills.
• Deep analytical capabilities.
• Project management skills.
• Experience managing retail media platforms and performance-based media investments.
