About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end, utilizing project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Compose, mobilize, structure, and lead the appropriate team for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement financials, and overall delivery quality for Workday Phase 1 and/or X engagements.
• Utilize processes, tools, and assets for predictable, high-quality, on-time, and within-budget engagement delivery.
• Lead and coach consultants and project managers.
• Participate in pre-sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients.
• Use Accenture's GenAI-enabled accelerators for configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Engage with Workday's built-in AI and machine-learning features supporting delivery processes.
• Bring AI-driven ideas to project teams and clients.
• Grow skills within a practice heavily investing in AI.

Requirements

• Responsible end-to-end for the implementation of Workday (Phase 1 and/or Phase X).
• Experienced in Workday delivery end-to-end during at least 2 delivered engagements.
• Responsible for stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, and quality management.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and efficiently manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex messages and requirements clearly.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Intermediate experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation.
• Experience in leading diverse teams onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Experience in large complex system transformations.
• Experience in leading Workday Financials implementations.
• Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or other project management/agile methodologies.
• Fluency in another language, such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
