About the Role

Samsung Ads is an advanced advertising platform leveraging Samsung’s first-party TV data to connect brands with audiences across all screens. We are redefining the future of digital advertising by connecting brands with audiences in innovative ways and are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in North America and beyond, shaping the future of our ads product marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs.
  • Develop curriculum and learning experiences grounded in proven adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions on structured sales methodologies, including coaching sellers through real deal application.
  • Build and maintain a scalable onboarding program for new sellers.
  • Produce training content using AI production tools.
  • Own sales methodology adoption and reinforcement.
  • Partner with sales leadership to embed methodology into deal reviews, pipeline inspection, and coaching rhythms.
  • Develop reinforcement assets that live in sellers' daily workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure enablement content is accurate, current, and strategically aligned.
  • Work with external L&D vendors and platform providers.
  • Plan, schedule, and track enablement initiatives with clear milestones, budgets, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a directly adjacent L&D role.
  • Demonstrated expertise facilitating training on a structured sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar).
  • Formal or applied instructional design background; experience building from curriculum to assessment.
  • Proficiency with AI production tools for content creation.
  • Experience in advertising technology, media, or a high-velocity B2B tech environment.
  • Excellence in slide communications and executive-ready reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Slack, Cornerstone LMS and E-Learning authoring tools.
