About the Role
Join our team as a Front Desk Associate and help create a warm, welcoming environment for young swimmers and their grown-ups. As the friendly face of our swim school, you will be guiding parents through lesson enrollments, supporting swim instructors, and helping kids feel excited every time they walk in. This role is ideal for an outgoing, organized communicator who loves working with people.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them feel at home
- Managing student enrollments, processing payments, and keeping things organized
- Answering questions and supporting parents with lesson schedules and registrations
- Learning our swim curriculum to confidently guide families through the process
- Using creativity and empathy to solve customer challenges with a can-do attitude
- Working a consistent schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Staying active on the job, being on your feet, moving, and occasionally lifting merchandise or equipment
Requirements
- Love greeting people with a smile and positive energy
- Ability to chat easily with kids and parents
