About the Role

This role provides central PMO, delivery accountability, and operational support to the Group Head of Strategy and the wider SIMA leadership team, ensuring board paper and project coordination, work prioritisation, and the delivery of strategic initiatives. The role will operate as an individual contributor, utilizing strong influencing and stakeholder skills to align teams and enable delivery, and will sit as a member of the SIMA LT.

Requirements

Strong PMO and corporate strategy delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder management, especially at a senior leadership level
Effective indirect influence across matrixed and complex organisations
Clear executive communication skills
Ability to utilise AI tools to improve and simplify delivery across the broader team

Salary/Compensations

£69,000 to £86,000
