About the Role
Join Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group as a passionate Gym Supervisor. You will monitor gym activities, ensure members have a fabulous experience, and manage the Personal Training Team while also being an active part of the gym team. The role offers the option to deliver Personal Training and classes. We foster an environment where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all activities that take place in the gym space
- Give members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week
- Manage the Personal Training Team
- Be an active part of the gym team
- Deliver Personal Training (optional)
- Deliver classes (optional)
Requirements
- Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Able to support and inspire members to achieve their goals
- Great communication and interaction skills
- Previous experience within the fitness industry
- Passion about customer service
