About the Role
Build a career in Commercial Partnerships, working with top UK brands to shape how millions collect Avios. This role involves managing and growing partner relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and improving performance to create value for members, partners, and the business.
Responsibilities
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of partners, acting as their main point of contact.
- Support Partnership Managers in managing larger strategic partnerships, including meeting preparation and action coordination.
- Plan and coordinate partner campaigns and offers with Marketing and other teams.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance for stakeholders.
- Coordinate activity with Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Respond to partner queries and resolve operational or commercial issues.
- Identify opportunities for partner growth through campaign improvement and new ideas.
- Manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously, prioritizing for maximum commercial value.
- Continuously develop commercial knowledge through learning from experienced managers.
Requirements
- Previous partnerships experience is not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships by understanding stakeholder goals and collaborating.
- Ability to prioritize effectively when managing multiple tasks.
- Skill in solving commercial problems by understanding performance drivers and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to use data and insight to make decisions and recommend practical actions.
- Ability to take ownership, follow through on commitments, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ability to communicate confidently, present information clearly, and influence positive outcomes.
- Excited to learn, be curious, and proactive.
