About the Role
Seeking a strategic and results-driven team member to execute on partner-based co-branded credit card acquisition for one of US Bank’s top strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in co-brand credit card programs, strong partner management skills, and a passion for delivering best-in-class campaigns. This person will work with USB colleagues and the cobrand partner to deliver the strategy and roadmap to acquire new cardmembers profitably and at scale. They will identify, size, and prioritize new strategies, capabilities, and campaigns to drive growth by attracting new applicants and driving conversion in partner channels. They should have strong knowledge of the entire funnel with proven success executing campaigns to drive members/prospects to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution to grow acquisitions for partner-based and co-branded credit card portfolios
- Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless integration
- Monitor product performance and customer experience to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on strategic goals and campaign execution
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization and within the co-brand partner organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in payments and banking, including consumer and partner-facing roles
- Experience working in financial services, banking, or credit card issuer
- Exceptional influencer with a track record of creating and executing strategies with and through internal and external stakeholders
- Expertise in developing full funnel acquisition programs, including targeting, creative, offers, conversion, approval and early engagement
- Deep understanding of digital payments, financial services innovation, and regulatory environments
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Cobrand card partner relationship management
- Acquisition marketing in digital channels
- Performance marketing; ability to maximize digital channel growth
