Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm customer repair service calls.
• Coordinate and communicate with repair technicians.
• Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
• Adhere to proper warranty and protection guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and repair technicians.
• Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.
