About the Role
Provide key operational leadership and strategic direction for facilities management, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in support of CAMH’s core business of patient care. This includes leadership of day-to-day facilities management at the Queen Street West and College Street sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, oversight and leadership to four distinct facilities management teams.
- Manage the annual operating budget and annual capital budget for facilities management teams.
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities Planning, Energy & Quality to achieve portfolio goals.
- Support a workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork, and complies with regulatory and legislative requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in leadership of day-to-day facilities management.
- Experience in planning and management of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Experience working collaboratively with other directors and teams.
