About the Role
Tencent is seeking a talented individual to join our growing international operations. This role is crucial in identifying and engaging potential candidates to support our rapid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand specific requirements for open positions.
- Conduct market research to identify candidate sources, engagement methods, and market trends.
- Build and maintain talent pools and candidate pipelines for evergreen positions.
- Engage potential candidates through various channels to gauge interest and inform them about opportunities.
- Generate referrals from candidates and employees.
- Analyze project effectiveness, including sourcing strategies, conversion rates, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate or master’s degree student in Human Resources or its equivalent.
- Prior recruitment and/or sourcing experience with exposure to Boolean searches is ideal.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information, and ability to identify problems.
- Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns.
- Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Japanese proficiency is a strong plus.
