About the Role

We are seeking a technical project developer with an owner's perspective to understand, question, and decide on large residential projects. The Elios Group develops and revitalizes residential properties in and around Berlin, including special situations requiring quick decisions and pragmatic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and actively manage projects in detail across all service phases, including deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate construction site processes and manage interfaces between trades.
• Collaborate closely with architects, specialist planners, and executing companies, reviewing plans and identifying conflicts early.
• Develop, update, and enforce construction schedules and timelines.
• Review service levels and technically assess invoices and change orders.
• Conduct on-site quality checks, track defects, and prepare for acceptances.
• Technically support administrative procedures, including permits, conditions, and acceptances.
• Pragmatically solve problems and prepare decision proposals.
• Maintain regular site presence.
• Report directly to management, with direct responsibility and short communication lines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management, construction management, or site supervision experience in residential construction (new build and/or revitalization).
• Technical background in civil engineering, architecture, or similar.
• Economic and strategic understanding, recognizing the impact of construction decisions on budget and business plans.
• Proficiency in schedule planning, service review, and change order assessment.
• Assertive with executing companies and reliable with planners.
• Owner mentality: understand, question, and decide independently.
• Fluent German language skills.
