About the Role
Join RODE as a full-time Interior Designer with 5-7 years of experience, focusing on multi-family, hospitality, and commercial environments. This role is ideal for a designer passionate about concept-driven design and eager for project ownership and professional growth within a collaborative studio.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of the interior design process, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, material and finish selection, FF&E specification, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
- Coordinate project teams and manage project tasks with guidance from senior staff.
- Collaborate with creative leaders and designers to shape living, working, and gathering spaces.
- Develop thoughtful, contextual architectural solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to studio culture.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional interior design experience.
- Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or commercial interiors is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines across several projects.
- Desire to learn and contribute to studio culture.
Skills
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for materials, detailing, and creating memorable spaces.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Collaborative mindset.
