About the Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing BI Developer role for individuals who enjoy turning data into meaningful insight and thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements. You will work across multiple projects and stakeholders, translating unclear requirements into effective solutions and taking ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

• Consulting or client delivery environments
• Fast-paced teams with shifting priorities
• Situations where you’ve had to figure things out without all the answers upfront
• Managed conflicting deadlines
• Delivered in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments
• Worked directly with clients or senior stakeholders
• Strong SQL Server development skills, including writing and optimising T-SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience developing and maintaining SSAS multidimensional and Tabular models, including DAX calculations
• Working knowledge of BI and data warehousing methodologies, with the ability to implement solutions in line with agreed approaches and standards
• Familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platform components
• Experience applying data validation and testing techniques to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and quality
• Ability to work within established architectural patterns, data models, and development standards
• Programming or scripting experience is desirable
• Experience working within Data Vault and Kimball modelling approaches
• Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to prove experience in fast-paced work with real examples
