About the Role
We are seeking an AI-forward marketing operations expert to build and implement an AI automation layer across all marketing teams. This role will automate workflows, build scalable infrastructure, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Use AI to automate workflows and scale marketing programs, identifying opportunities, mapping workflows, connecting systems, building skills, and fine-tuning for performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, BDR, and sales teams to optimize workflows for lead scoring, lead routing, email campaigns, content production, webinars, and events.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI, including pipeline generation, attribution, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and reliable data across marketing systems, including data piping, enrichment, auditing, updating, and error correction.
- Develop internal playbooks and documentation for the use of AI tools and workflows.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Salesforce integrations, and supporting tools.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing technology and identify opportunities for upgrades, productivity improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced results.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS startup or similar role.
- Experience applying AI to marketing functions, including using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), creating skills, and creating and chaining agents.
- Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Influ2, Clay, and ZoomInfo.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where systems and processes are being built for the first time.
