About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Experience team and support hiring across multiple brands. This role involves partnering with leaders, identifying and attracting top talent, and shaping the future of our teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for multiple brands across the Americas.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including role discovery, interview planning, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Source candidates using multiple recruitment channels and online sourcing techniques.
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare interview schedules, and provide supporting documentation.
  • Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records within Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal and provincial employment legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support recruitment decision-making through effective candidate assessment and candidate market insights.
  • Manage multiple priorities and recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Must have been with the company or in current role for a minimum of 6-12 months.
  • Must notify leader prior to applying for an internal position.

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
