About the Role

A family visiting London near Hyde Park/Kensington requires a temporary nanny to care for a 5-month-old infant and a 4-year-old child from 30 July to 2 August 2026. The role involves supporting the family during their stay, including daytime outings and potential evening care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of both children at all times
• Feed the infant and prepare meals and snacks for the 4-year-old
• Manage nappy changes, toileting, and handwashing
• Follow daily routines and manage nap schedules
• Organise age-appropriate play, activities, and outings
• Comfort and soothe the infant as needed
• Encourage positive behaviour according to parental guidance
• Perform light tidying of bottles, dishes, toys, and play areas

Requirements

• Available for the full assignment from 30 July to 2 August 2026
• Significant, hands-on infant care experience
• Legally able to work in the UK
• Excellent, verifiable references
• Comfortable navigating London on foot or by tube
