About the Role
The Director of Signature Accounts will enhance customer relationships and drive business growth, achieving revenue and order targets while establishing long-term partnerships that elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to the largest customers in the Americas.
- Develop account plans and build a protect-and-grow strategy for our largest customers.
- Represent Orange at the executive level with customer leadership for all assigned accounts.
- Foster the development of new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Guide the sales team to deepen account positioning beyond traditional IT offerings.
- Protect and renew our largest customer assets within the Americas.
- Oversee and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure performance targets are met and team development is prioritized.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement training programs to enhance the team's sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
- Achieve established revenue and order targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and viability of client contracts.
- Develop budgets and forecasts to allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain sales pipeline accuracy within systems like Customer Links/Salesforce.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy to facilitate strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business goals and optimize overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Skilled in creating and executing strategic business plans to enhance market share.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large multinational customers within the IT/Telecommunications sector.
- Proficient in managing complex global contracts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Adept at utilizing technology and tools to streamline operations and improve business processes.
- Competent in data analysis to forecast sales and assess performance metrics.
- Possesses strong business acumen necessary to navigate complex client needs and business dynamics.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, fostering an environment of understanding and collaboration.
- Demonstrates effective presentation skills that engage and influence stakeholders.
- Holds proven leadership qualities that promote team cohesion and inspiration for achieving objectives.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically managing large multinational customers with complex global contracts.
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required.
- Bring open mindedness, ability to handle pressure, leading with courage and empathy, assertiveness and communicate effectively.
