About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fund administration operations including processing investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and maintaining accurate investor records.
- Ensure compliance with AML and due‑diligence requirements by reviewing documentation, resolving issues, and supporting adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage investor reporting and communications, ensuring timely delivery of statements, notices, and responses to investor or client inquiries.
- Lead and support a team of technical and professional staff, providing direction, allocating workload, and offering guidance on complex or escalated matters.
- Resolve operational and investor‑related escalations, working hands‑on with the team to troubleshoot issues and maintain service quality.
- Implement and reinforce company policies and procedures, ensuring team adherence and consistency across processing and communication.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, Bachelor degree or High school diploma with 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in Fund Administration or Investor Services.
- Several years of hands‑on experience working with hedge funds, private equity funds, or alternative investment clients, with solid understanding of investor transactions and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of anti‑money laundering rules, investor due diligence processes, and applicable financial regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support a team of technical or professional staff, including handling escalations and guiding daily workflows.
- Proven capability to resolve complex operational issues, interpret data or documentation, and make sound decisions within established policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage investor inquiries, collaborate with clients, and provide clear guidance to team members.
